K. V. Vasantha Kumar, Head Operations

Mr. Kumar has a rich and varied experience spanning over 25 years in areas of engineering and construction. Apart from managing projects single-handedly, he has expertise in the area of quality management and procurement to enhance the 'value for money' to the customer. His long stint with L & T as a Senior Construction Manager from 1996 to 2008 in India and as senior consultant for large constructions abroad which include palace finishing, airports, 5* hotels and IT parks. This has only widened his horizons in the area of constructing fine living spaces.

K. K. Jagadeesan, Chief Engineer

Mr. Jagadeesan has an enviable track record spread over career of over 30 years in construction, engineering and project management. He has worked with L & T Engineering Construction Company for over two and half decades during which time he was associated with commissioning of diverse projects ranging from Cement plants and Gas plants to Refineries and Technology Park. He plays a sterling role in ensuring KEPL vision is converted into ground reality.

Anil Kumar Bharagavan, Head Sales

Mr. Anil is the 'face of KEPL' to the customer for the last 7 years out of a total of 14 years in real estate. A seasoned marketing man with a commitment to customer satisfaction and lasting relationship, he has an enviable number of delighted customers who are his sales ambassadors. His overall knowledge of the business has helped customers take prudent decisions be it for their home or investment.
