FLOORING AND TILING

  • Living, Dining and bedrooms: Vitrified tiles
  • Bathrooms: Anti-skid floor with glazed tiles dado upto 7 Feet height
  • Kitchen: Vitrified flooring , glazed tile dado upto 2 Feet height from the polished granite slab
  • All common areas: Vitrified flooring / granite
  • Balconies, Terraces & Veranda: Ceramic tiles
  • Skirting: Vitrified/ Polished granite/ Marble, upto 4 inches high

SANITARY AND PLUMBING

  • Sanitary fittings: EWC, Porcelain wash basin. All sanitary fitting shall be of Parryware / Hindware / Cera / RAK or equivalent
  • CP Fittings: All CP fittings of Jaquar / ESS ESS or equivalent
  • Kitchen sink: A single bowl stainless steel sink with drain board of “Nirali” or equivalent

WINDOWS & DOORS

  • Window shutters: Three track with provision for mosquito mesh shutters
  • Door frames: All door frames shall be of hard wood
  • Door shutters:
    • Main door: shall be in solid core flush (block board) shutter with a natural wood veneer with polish
    • Bathroom and utility doors: shall be painted waterproof blockboard
    • Bedroom door: Flush shutter with enamel paint

ELECTRICAL

  • Wiring: All wiring shall be of Finolex/ Havel’s or equivalent
  • Switches: Premium quality switches of Anchor/ Crabtree or equivalent

  • Connected power: 3 KW for 2 BHK and 5 KW for 3 BHK
  • Provision for TV and data points in living rooms
  • Provision for AC in Master bedroom
  • Provision for geyser and exhaust fan in all toilets (Electrical points only)
